“I just purchased an Amana 15000 BTU PTAC heat pump and air conditioner and was having difficulty maintaining a connection between my phone and the unit. Eric Munoz the PTAC Direct Sales representative explained that a smart phone connection is the best way to operate the unit. He explained that a wireless thermostat is best and referred me to the best unit that works with the AC unit. He was very courteous and professional in explaining how to use the system. I would highly recommend purchasing from Amanda.”
