“Technician didn’t knock down wasp nest. He spilled granules all over our patio and didn’t clean up. When he came inside he used our restroom and was in there for 20 minutes leaving our house smelling horrible. The photos attached are after he said he brushed down spider webs and wasp nest but he didn’t. And they are still there today. Please don’t send him again.”

They came one time and it solved our issue. They also promised a follow up visit that never happened. “Beunie was very kind and worked quickly despite my chattering. Introduced himself and explained what he would be doing. Answered any questions i had. He did my mom's house next door and mine. “BRD pest control had been reliable and the product they use feels more advanced. I was told that my pet can eat it (though I would never try that on my dog) which is an extra layer of piece of mind as their product is agricultural grade and I do notice a better overall performance from my previous provider. One of my hurdle from switching is that my old provider used a proprietary in the wall injection. Which is more gimmicky than effective. Did some light google and find that to be the case, so don’t feel like you’re locked in just because the exclusive wall injection. Speaking from personal experience BRD’s exterior wall treatment works better (noticeably less bugs inside my home) than the in wall injection so far.”
