“Great professional company to work with. They take termite inspections to the next level. They're the only ones I refer my clients to.”

“We had a rat problem in our garage and some rodent in our attic. We called and this company to come out 4 times and the last 5th time the person who came out he told my wife “I don’t know what to tell you, sorry we didn’t catch anything” he also said “the owner would give us a call to resolve this issue” and we never received that call. We told them we’re not going to patch up any holes until this thing is caught, the last thing I want is to seal up the holes and a rodent is left in my attic and it passes. We still have a rat problem in our garage and whatever’s in our attic waking up our baby at night and us as well. My wife called and complained they said they would call bank and never did. We paid over $200 for nothing. We need this resolved ASAP so I can seal up the holes the rodents are getting in. I’m also worried these rats are going to chew through wires in our classic car in the garage. Edit: my wife has called over the past months and never received a call back. Maybe the person/people who answer the phone need more training or need to communicate with the owner better.”

He addressed our immediate concerns, as well as, alerting us to a couple other issues. He completed the service, informed us about other services that may benefit us without being pushy. He was very polite, informative, and a pleasure to work with. Hopefully he will be our regular service technician. oh yeah, don’t be surprised if the owner shows up on a service call. “EXCELLENT, TAILORED SERVICE: We've been with Pest Arrest for 3 years; can't imagine ever needing anyone else. They offer truly ECO-FRIENDLY pest services. No poisons ever - great for kids, pups, AND the planet! If we see pests in the house or yard between our scheduled 3 month treatments, they come out (usually the the next day!) and retreat inside + outside at no charge. GREAT PEOPLE: Joseph does a great job with our regular treatments and pays close attention to our home + yard. When he notices problems (ex. German cockroaches), he takes time to clearly explain the problem and his plan to treat it. He's thoughtful, kind, funny (my kiddos love him), and patient with my 120 lb., ever-baying Coonhound. Joseph is great at his job and a great person. We get a text and a phone call from the office the day before service and a clear time that Joseph will be here, so we can plan our day. Never "Sometime between 9:00 and 12 or 5:00." I've never spent hours at home waiting for them. If we can't be home, all I have to do is call the office. “Im signed up for quarterly service inside and outside. This technician sent a text when he was 20 mins out as a courtesy. He was friendly and efficient. He even used a little wand to clean areas around my porch ceiling and back area for spider webs and such. I referred PA to my neighbor and they took 25 off my bill as a thank you. I would recommend them again and i will continue to renew my quarterly service.”

“Firstly would like to state that the guys who perform the pest service are excellent! The reason for my review is with the office staff. I have been a customer of Pest Arrest for over 9 years. I called to reschedule my appointment as I had a very heavy work schedule on the day my appointment was scheduled, with all day meetings with no window for the ability to discuss my service when the guys arrived! I was told when I called that I could not reschedule my appointment. No offer of any other solution but that! In this day an age the lack of flexibility is a disgrace and sad to move my business after all these years with them! Clearly my years of loyalty means nothing to this company and have now moved my service to company who strive to my flexibility .”
