“As a new customer, I have had the worst experience dealing with this company. Their in office staff is extremely incompetent and it seems as if they do not communicate with one another. I made an appointment and asked that the technician give me a call an hour before approval because I am a lawyer and I’m often in court, so I wanted to ensure someone would be home for the service. The rep ensured me she would make note of this. Fast forward to the appointment date, the technician showed up while nobody was home and was unable to complete the service. I did not receive a call prior to their arrival. I then contacted the office staff to notify them of them and was met with extreme nonchalance. The lady stated and I quote “ well I don’t see that in the notes and our techs are busy so all we have open is the following week”. This made me upset. I agreed to allow them to come the following Friday. Well, today is Friday. I’ve been home all day and nobody has shown up. I called the office to inquire about the techs arrival time and was told the appointment is for tomorrow?? I asked why it was moved to Saturday without anyone notifying me. Again, I was met with nonchalance.. no solutions”
