“I have been using their services for the past few months. At first, everything was great, so we agreed to continue using their service on a monthly basis. Unfortunately, the quality of their service has declined significantly over the past few months, and it is no longer delivering the results we were promised. What disappointed me even more was their customer service. I called to discuss the issues we were experiencing, and they promised to call me back. However, they never did, and I ended up having to follow up with them myself just to get an answer. We genuinely wanted to build a long-term working relationship with this company, but their poor customer service and declining quality left us with no choice but to cancel. The most unbelievable part was that they suggested I should come and supervise them while they were doing the work. That's simply ridiculous. Monitoring their staff is their responsibility, not the customer's.”
