“So far the experience has not been good. They were real quick to come out to my home for the initial inspection and I was real quick to pay them in full in advance. Treatment was half way completed, 8 days later the other half. It’s been a month and I am still battling termites every night taking over my bathroom. I have called atleast 4 times, long wait times, no call backs. I understand it may take time to see results but the increased activity in the bathroom tells me something isn’t working. I will continue to call every day. Every night I watch termites eat away at my walls, very frustrating when I paid $2500 up front.”

“I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Jethro from Terminix who has been servicing my home for the past 10 or 12 years. I honestly can’t remember when he started as our pest control guy because he has become a part of the family. Jethro takes the time to understand your current situation and then he gets the right tools to impact the problem professionally and right the first time. Every three months, he comes out and makes an impact. Part of the reason we have not looked to other exterminators that may be cheaper is that I have not seen anyone else match the service level that Jethro provides. In fact, if we are scheduled for a visit and Jethro is not coming, we try to reschedule it so he can continue to be the one servicing our property. “Termites treatment was paid with two years program they sold me on in advance. They did a sloppy job. Come to site and did not perform any preventive treatments and now have severe damages. No one at Terminix care to reply and even escalate the situation. The agent agreed with my findings of their rep coming and not doing anything and 7 days later full exposure. This for something they supposedly were treating for over a year, apparently not. Paid just under 4k to get this and more Termites and expense to repair. Hopefully they get serious and attend to matter. Have another year with these guys. Will keep you all posted.”
