“AllPro Sprinklers, LLC is WONDERFUL! These people are excellent at what they do, concerned about the customer (both in quality and cost) and are extremely pleasant to work with in all areas. The first time I called them, the owner walked me through troubleshooting my problems. It wasn't until we had done all of the checking that a decision was made that I needed service. I was able to schedule that within a few days at my convenience. The work was performed today and now everything is working like a new system! I highly recommend this company.”

“Daniel has provided good service for me in the past. However, his services have severely declined. He scheduled 3 appointments with me and was a no call no show on all three. I called him after each no show and he made up lame excuses and advised he would do better. I believed him as he used to be a very honorable and reliable vendor whom I have used for 3 years. He did this to me 2 more times and didn't even return my call the 3rd time. He is either over extended or has bitten off more than he can chew. I have previously recommended him highly, but now am very wary. I would not recommend him because he is no longer reliable. Be warned!!!”

They answered my call after business hours, attempted to walk me through the repair over the phone, then rearranged their schedule the following morning to be at my house at a time when I could be home. “I had Chase come out to do an overall assessment and calibration of a brand new, builder installed system. Was really impressed with the thorough walk through of each zone, with small adjustments made on the spot. Also took the time to educate me on what to look out for in terms of maintenance and recommend slight adjustments to then schedule. There was no push trying to sell on upgrades to the system, just honest feedback and quality information to make a informed decisions. Chase also installed a Rachio controller I had previously purchased and helped walk me through the initial setup which was extremely helpful. Overall a really pleasant, easy experience. “Very quick and easy to get in touch with the company. Found them on Angie’s List and got a call back within 20 minutes! They are very upfront with pricing (as much as is possible with sprinklers) and very reasonable. The last time I had a similar issue with repairing the solenoids and replacing and repairing some heads it was over $500 of work, but the service person came out assessed the problem quickly and fixed even some stuff I didn’t know was wrong for only a ball park of $300+. Work guaranteed for (I believe) one or two weeks to let us figure out if the problem was good. If we were to have an an issue they would have returned free of service fees to reassess. Even let me know that apparently annual sprinkler service will keep from needing some of these types of repairs as often. 10/10 will definitely be calling in the spring for our checkup!”
