Today, Mike arrived when promised and even called to say they would be early. We even saw the chemicals working already killing these mini centipedes pictures below. He even took time to explain what the bugs were and what he can do for treatment. I contacted them, they were timely in coming and setting bait, and took the time to explain to me what I could expect to see over the next 5-7 days. And they were absolutely accurate. “WOW. Just great. Easy to work with, quick to respond, VERY knowledgeable and a great value. No ONE wants to call a pest company, but Mike and team do a great job of making this easy and comfortable. “I’d give Mike’s 10/10. The Representative I worked with was Devin. He communicated ahead of time to confirm the appointment and let me know when he was on the way. He was on time to the scheduled appointment. He checked in and gave me the game plan before getting started. He was efficient and respectful of our house and belongings. He was honest and upfront with his recommendations and even decided it was not in my best interest to pay for the mosquito service for the backyard because he thought it would be ineffective due to the space and openness of our fence. He did not have to tell me this and could have easily charged me for a service I didn’t need. He then went a step further and texted me a link to an alternative product on Amazon to deal with backyard mosquitos. At the end, he checked in to see if I had any questions and thanked me for my business. I had a similarly high quality interaction with the representative who called me to set up the initial service over the phone.
