I appreciate that they have reminders set for our quarterly spray, and they reach out to me to schedule. One less item on my list of many to dos. “I had a terrible experience with Supreme Pest Control in Wylie, TX. After leaving two voicemails and not receiving a call back, I decided to reach out to them through their Facebook page. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was met with excuses from a lady claiming to be off that day. She took my information promising someone would call me back. Two hours later, I finally received a call from Tim, who claimed to be the owner. Not only was he unprofessional, but he also acted as if he were the only pest control provider in town with his inflated prices. To top it off, after my interaction with Tim, I was mysteriously blocked from their Facebook page. It's clear that this company lacks professionalism and customer service. I would not recommend Supreme Pest Control to anyone."”
