“Excellent service from call to finished job. We needed a new P-trap, not urgent. I called on a Friday afternoon- Efren was able to come early Monday morning. He was punctual, efficient, gave me good advice, and was a very reasonable price. It’s 10 am and my sink is up and running. I couldn’t be more pleased. No one wants to need a plumber, but if you’re reading this you probably do and this a great one!”

He got back to me promptly, and gave me a date and time range from 12-2. To my utter surprise and delight, he called on the scheduled day to say they would be there around 1:15 and that Ivan would do a preliminary assessment. Ivan was right on time, and was very thorough about ensuring where the leak was coming from so that I would not waste money. Jorge and his crew, worked efficiently and were respectful of keeping my bathroom clean (removing a toilet is a messy job). I could not be happier with how this job was handled from start to finish.
