“We had a great experience with In-House Plumbing. Rather than repair two broken 1983 era, cast iron pipes after a foundation repair we decided to repipe the house. After two very high bids we contacted In-House whose bid was significantly lower and the time projection faster. They did all the trenching and tunneling on day 1 and completed the plumbing / hookups on day 2. The city inspected on day 3, and they got all the backfill and debris removal done on day 4. Ed, our on-site coordinator was very thorough, easy to work with and addressed all my concerns and questions, and there were many. Brittany in the office was also very helpful in answering questions and getting the paperwork and schedule handled seamlessly. After seeing house after house in our neighborhood go through this, we knew our time was coming and we are so relieved to have it done. I highly recommend In-House Plumbing if you need to replace your cast iron pipes. The photos show, but do not capture the amount of dirt they moved out then in.”

“In-House Plumbing arrived on Wednesday morning about 8 am and completed the reroute of my plumbing on Friday about 5 pm. The crew lead, Stetson, kept me totally informed as to next steps and timeline throughout the project. The crew was extremely efficient, courteous and respectful of my property. At the beginning of the project, I told Stetson that I wanted to see the cast iron piping that was removed. Upon looking at some of the piping, it was perfect timing for removal. At the end of the job, I was asked if I wanted any dirt to fill low spots. I had them place 4 barrels in the backyard. The crew members gave me the powdery dirt and removed any large rocks. I asked for photos of the new plumbing that were sent to inspector and received promptly. Upon finishing the project, Stetson walked me around my property to ensure I was satisfied with the clean up.
