“I called Jesse's Plumbing in the morning and the call was returned that afternoon while he was on the road home from Dallas. He was there by 4:30 and had my stopped up kitchen sink fixed in under and hour! He was nice and explained what he did. Customer service was the best I've ever experienced with a plumber! “Amazing experience. When positive service calls stand out for multiple reasons, I feel I need to let others know. We live in Claude now and I guess it's become increasingly difficult to find service companies for HVAC, appliance repair, plumbing, etc, that don't charge you at least around $90 for an out-of-town trip IN ADDITION TO THEIR SERVICE CALL FEES. “I called on Thursday night, he said he would be there at 10 Friday morning. He arrived 10mins early, gave me a quote, and was able to fix my kitchen and bathroom sinks in an hour. He ended up having to cut a pipe out of the wall and completely replace it, even had to leave to get extra parts, but he did not change his original quote. Have not had a problem since. Fast, reliable service, resonable price, would recommend. He even manage to get the pipe out of the wall without messing up the tile in the bathroom.”
