“Called Willis about a backed up kitchen sink which the lady who answered the phone was lovely and helpful. Took my information a said she’d call back with availability. I called on Tuesday and they were able to come fix my problem on Thursday. Showing up they were super knowledgeable and efficient and had my problem fixed in 20 minutes at an extremely reasonable rate. Will definitely be calling Willis for any future plumbing fixes.”

“According to Google search Willis offered 24-hour service. This is not exactly true. Tried to call late Friday afternoon but before 5 p.m. and was told they could not come out until the following Monday. We have a clogged kitchen drain and dishwasher drain and are from out-of-town trying to take care of our elderly father. Did not want to go 3 days without use of kitchen. 24 hour service is a fallacy.”

“This is our old address and we can’t get google to change to our new address. We aren’t open 24 hours. We are only open 8-5 Monday-Friday. We try our best to get out the day customers call or the next day but calling near 5 on a Friday, Monday would be the best we could do.”

“Bob and Henry from Willis Plumbing fixed our water valve issue quickly! I was to be getting a dishwasher uninstalled and installed from the service man from Best Buy. He said he couldn’t install the new dishwasher because of a valve issue. He quoted me $250. I declined. Than he said he could do it for $200. I declined and said I would use my local plumber. I believe he was in from Dallas delivering and installing for Best Buy. The price from Willis Plumbing was $150 which was fair and exactly as quoted. They even fixed a leaky valve in my shower which wasn’t included in the quote. I'm so glad I chose them as I used them once before. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable plumber!"”
