“Jacob was great! We hired him to perform a leak detection inspection on our pool. He arrived on time and did an excellent job explaining the process and what we could expect afterward. He completed the inspection in about two hours and shared his findings in a very thorough and easy-to-understand manner. Unfortunately, he discovered numerous cracks throughout the pool, which was not the news we were hoping to hear. However, after postponing a leak detection for several years, it was reassuring to finally understand what was causing the problem. Jacob also took the time to discuss the options available to us moving forward, which was extremely helpful.
