“Very honest man that knows his trade exceptionally well. I had a total house re-pipe with Pex. Two story home with three bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen and a backyard hose bib. He completed everything in 4 days. I no longer have any copper underground which means no possibility of slab leaks in the future. He installed new 1” copper along the interior wall of my garage to bring in the main water supply. He showed up with at least one helper each day. He always had everything on his truck that he needed. He even replaced all water lines from the new angle stops to each of my toilets and sinks. My clothes washer even got new hoses and shutoff valves and drain box. Water to the house was turned off only once for less than three hours. He covered all the bases so I wouldn’t have any issues. When I told him I was beginning to get some rust sediment through my hot water heater before the slab leak started, he did not rush to make another sale. He suggested flushing the water heater and then just keep an eye on it. When it comes time to replace it, you know I’m going to call him back out to handle the job for me.”

“If it's plumbing, and it's broke, call Broke Plumbing! We had our Washing Machine and Kitchen Sink back up the day before Christmas Eve. We called Hugo, who responded very quickly and we were scheduled for the 26th (he was willing to come out on Christmas Day, but we felt that wasn't fair to him, so we asked for the next day). Our house was so messy from all the holiday craziness, and Hugo came in, worked around the mess, never complained and had a great vibe about him. He was honest, worked quickly, and had a positive attitude the whole time. The work was done on both drains after about 1 hour. The cost was very affordable.
