“Fantastic customer service, honest, and trustworthy! Tenant's water heater in Brentwood stopped working last night. I called a highly rated plumber who looked up the serial number and found out the unit is over ten years old. Really nice and helpful guy. He recommended replacement at an estimated cost of $1,900. While looking for the serial number, I found the information for the guy who installed it, Mike at Drain Doctors and Plumbers. I called Mike and told him I thought I needed a new water heater. He said mine is "only" ten years old and should last for another ten years. He went out to the property, checked the unit, relit the pilot light, and told me he doesn't see anything wrong, but if it goes out again to give him a call. After that, I was so appreciative of avoiding a big unexpected expense. I asked if I could pay for the service call with a credit card, and he told me there was no charge at all. I would not hesitate to call him for any plumbing project!”

“Excellent knowledge on pluming but lacks carefulness to personal property. I had my tub refinished two weeks ago. When he arrived I had blankets and towels protecting my new tub. I came in and saw that he removed them. I asked he put it back and he put one towel back then dropped a piece of pipe that bounced. I cringed. Then he tried to replace my drain rim and we heard lots of noise to find a huge scrape. He blamed the previous person working in my bathroom but I have multiple witnesses that it was not that way plus dated pictures, I appreciated that he he came out right away but would never ever use him again. I’m stuck with the repair cost of my tub. He told me I should have done the pluming work first as if I should expect destruction when a Plumber comes. Report to BBB next. Update tub gouge so bad tub person could not fully repair. Reporting contractor license.”
