Davis Plumbing and Drain Service Inc

Davis Plumbing and Drain Service Inc works as a family owned plumbing outfit right in Apache Junction. They take on residential jobs across the area with a focus on fixing and maintaining the systems that keep homes running. In this part of the state the dry weather and hard water conditions wear down pipes faster than most folks expect, so these plumbers see plenty of calls for mineral buildup, shifting soil around foundations, and sudden pressure drops that hit older houses hardest. Homeowners here deal with that mix of desert heat and occasional flash floods that can expose weak spots in drains and supply lines without much warning.

The company handles water heater repair, garbage disposal fixes, sewer and pipeline inspections, slab leak detection, re-piping projects, water pressure adjustments, filtration and softening systems, plus drain cleaning and basic toilet and faucet work. Their technicians show up with the right tools to locate problems underground or behind walls instead of tearing up everything in sight. They also run ice maker line services and reverse osmosis setups when customers need cleaner water coming out of the tap. In Apache Junction that means dealing with the fine dust that gets into everything and clogs traps over time, or the heavy use on water softeners during the hottest months when every house runs the AC and extra showers.

Customers keep coming back because the crew finishes jobs on time without padding the bill and explains what went wrong in plain terms. Reviews point to solid quality on the repairs themselves along with clear communication about costs and next steps, plus fair pricing that lines up with what actually gets done on site. That steady record adds up across more than a hundred jobs. DIRT Score 4.44 from 131 reviews on Finds.

“Absolutely fabulous! Had an emergency and Aaron came out and fixed us right up! He was quick, efficient, and was very friendly. I hope I have found my permanent plumber(s) for any future needs.”

“These guys are awesome! Had Kirk come out last year for something and then today had his grandson Brett and Cameron come iut today for a broken pipe. Fast reliable and professional! Don’t hesitate to call them for whatever plumbing needs you have!!!”

“I called Davis Plumbing to repair a break in my water supply line to my park model. The initial response was great and they scheduled to come back first thing the next day. They (Brett & Cameron) were here sharp at 7:00 am to do the work. They gave me a quote up front and I agreed to the price. They were to replace the main water supply lines and attach them to the floor framing. They did the work and I paid the bill. My mistake was not crawling under the addition to my park model to inspect their work. I asked Brett if they were able to attach the pipes to the floor framing and Brett said yes. About ten days later I had to remove some of the skirting around the addition where they installed the new water supply lines. I could not believe what I saw. The pipes were not properly att”

“Love this company! I had a few other places come out to look at a leak that my water company found l had at the meter. After the water company called l just wanted to get a few estimates. I should have known better. These other companies wanted thousands of dollars to repair this and one even wanted to replace the entire water line to my home even after Davis had replaced it 4 years ago. I knew the water line wasn't leaking but l noticed the water pressure valve was leaking as well. We called Davis for a 3rd estimate. They even came out a day earlier as we hoped. Brett listened to me and what my concerns were. When he got there he checked it all out and repaired what was needed at a very fair price. He was very nice and professional. I know never to call around again after this ”

“Davis Plumbing is the most honest and fair plumbing company in the valley. They always treat customers right and are dependable! I would recommend Davis plumbing to anyone!”

“I googled “plumbers near me”. Davis Plumbing and Drain Service was one that came up and I called them first. A live person answered the phone, a technician got on the line and gave me a quote. They scheduled a service call that afternoon. Brett came out on-time, completed the job on-time and on price. He did a great job and I couldn't be more happy. Thanks, Tor Kalleberg.”

“I’ve used Davis plumbing many times in the past and they have always given me excellent service. Great pricing too. My go to, for the Mesa, AJ area”

“High integrity again - Aaron came out (June 2021) for another property. He fixed a faucet issue, avoiding replacement, and instead of replacing what I thought were gate valves based on the handles, said they are already ball valves, worked fine, and advised keeping them, saving me more money. He also changed two hose bibs. All very reasonably. The tenant was very happy and impressed with his professionalism and quality service. April 2021 service - Davis Plumbing & Drain was able to provide their hourly rate by phone before they came out. Brett fixed my 4 year old water heater at a very reasonable price because it was hourly and parts, not by the job. He was honest and did not oversell me. He checked the parts and only repaired what was needed. Excellent customer service. Will absolutely ”

“I called for an estimate and received a callback from Kirk the same day within a short amount of time. I needed to have a drain pipe connected to the pressure release valve on a water heater within a week. Once I received the quote, he was able to complete the work same day. Kirk did a great job, experienced and professional. I would call them again for any plumbing needs. Thanks for all your help and keep up the great work and excellent customer service.”
