They were able to get us scheduled quickly, and the tech, Frank, who came out was really kind and thorough. Also, I thought that I had the issue solved beforehand myself and almost canceled the appointment because I cleared the P trap but he took the time to call me and make sure the clog was actually cleared. It turned out that it was still clogged in the wall. I’m sure I would have woken up to a huge water overflow in our upstairs bathroom if I had not had him come out actually fix the problem! He deftly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the same day, all within an hour and a half of his arrival, even though it turned out to be a manual job due to our home's older drainage system.
