“Let me start with we had great experience up until this point with McBride. Had a slab leak and the team indicated they could not drop the line on the exterior wall and had to tunnel. It cost over 13k to tunnel and after consulting with three other companies it was clear we lost close to 10k on going the tunnel route. We are replanning the entire house for 25k and now know the leak should have been closer to the 3-5k range. Good lesson to always get several quotes.”
