“Very poor service after the sale. Had a $13K + install of two new electrical panels back in ealy February. They left two ground rods sticking out of the ground and cracked my water line in the process. Several calls later and no action or follow up to get resolved. Safe to say, I won't need them for any of my AC service, even after I paid for an annual family maintaince plan!”

“Another great service from Baker Brothers today. From the time I contacted dispatch for an appointment to the time the team arrived for installation the next day, it was barely 24 hours. Chase came out to do the diagnostic a few hours after my initial call and while he was impressed that my unit had successfully heated and cooled this house for 24 years, it finally gave up the ghost. Juan and Ricardo came out and installed the new HVAC unit in my home. I always know I'm going to get honest work, good service, and good people when I hire them. They went the extra mile by adding extra decking in my attic to make the unit more safely accessible to us and install the new concrete pad for the new unit outside. Thank you guys for such a great experience. Well, I know you may not be the most inexpensive, I know that you are one of the most reliable companies.”
