“I callec on Tuesday, was able to get a Thursday late afternoon appointment. He arrived right on time. Amazing service! Fast! We needed the faucet system in our bathroom replaced (we had the fixture) He had to use a saw to cut into the VERY old fixture, cleaned out the blockage in the line....all in less than 3 hours! Went above and beyond. NO MORE DRIPPING FAUCET& CLOGGED SINK!! THANK YOU”

“Don and one of his apprentices came out to inspect my faucet that kept running, and they quickly identified and resolved the issue for me! Loved that they came out to provide advice and options for what I could get done to fix the issue. Most companies are charging an “admin fee” to have someone come out to diagnose an issue, and try to sell a membership or more work than is actually needed. Don and his company care about the customer first, and want you to be happy with what work you’re getting done - highly recommend!”

“Had a new fridge delivered and realized the water valve for the water and ice maker was original to the house and had seen better days. Don was able to come out the day after I called and set an appointment and replaced it with a new and much higher quality valve. It’s not a big job for sure, but he was on time, communicated well, and was friendly and professional. I made an appointment for a consultation. They came and after assessing everything, determined that we only needed to purchase one toilet, but the second one needed to be reset and other minor repairs.
