“Thank you so much for coming out on a Sunday and helping us with our plumbing issues. We had another plumbing service out last week and they told us that all was well and no clogs in our drains but that was not the case. Everything in the house filled up with water this morning and would not drain. Scott from BK Plumbing arrived quickly, was very professional and efficient. He was able to get the clogged pipe open without any problems. We paid an elevated weekend rate but the cost was still very affordable for us. Also, Scott was great with our big dog who was right there for help and supervision of services. Thank you again to Scott and BK Plumbing!”

“BK Plumbing was amazing! We had an emergency with our hot water heater, they were here swiftly and began working on the issue. They gave me the name of someone to call to repair something that wasn’t in their wheelhouse. That person was here within hours. Both teams came back the next day and finished everything!! Thank you for your promptness and professionalism!!”

“Not happy with this company. No transparency on the hourly rate. They sent two guys when i didn't ask for that. Hourly rate was over $300!! And not disclosed upfront. This wasn't an emergency repair, it was scheduled for a week out. It took them almost all day to install a double vanity in a bathroom and initially charged me over $2000.... to install a vanity that was already assembled and connect to the drain.. 6 hours each guy times $150. My final bill (after having to argue about it) was $1,800. I'm shocked. Tried to get in touch with a manager or owner and was told i would get a call back and never did, 2 weeks later. Was hoping to get some kind of credit or at least an explanation on why the price was so high. We had them scheduled for another project but I definitely won't use this company again.”

“Stephen Genualdi was the plumber who did our hot water heater. It was a very very old heater we had, Stephen put all the things the new one needed and explained all to us. I was so thankful, and the new one is awesome. BK plumbing is definitely my plumbers now. They had put one in for my daughter a month before and she told me of them.
