“I’d give negative stars if I could. Jacob came out to do a scope of our pipes as part of our foundation repair and i’ve never met such a dishonest and frankly rude business person. He charged us for work that wasn’t done and then harassed us and sent numerous text messages threatening to make public statements about us and contact his attorneys when we refused to pay the fee. On top of that, he was entirely dishonest about work that needed to get done. We had 3 plumbers come out after and tell us what he shared was incorrect and complete the work for 1/3 of what he tried to quote us. He also mocked my husband and I saying that “money was clearly an issue” when we refused to pay. RUN AWAY!”

“Same Day Plumbing, LLC was awesome from start to finish. I called in the morning with an urgent issue and they were able to come out the same day, right on time. The tech was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what was wrong and what my options were before doing any work. The price was clear and reasonable with no surprises, and everything was cleaned up before they left. The repair was done quickly and correctly the system has been working perfectly ever since. I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing fast, reliable plumbing service.”

“I had an outside faucet that wouldn’t turn off. When I went to turn it off, it would spin around and turn on again. Jacob came out and replaced ithe whole faucet promptly. He had to run to a nearby supply store to get the part. He wasn’t gone very long at all. I appreciated him getting the part for me. His prices were fair and his customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family”

“I hired this company to fix a break in a cast iron pipe under my rental after a hydrostatic test. The price seemed fair, but the overall experience ended up being frustrating. Communication was inconsistent, and I had to follow up multiple times for updates. What I was told would take about a week ended up dragging on for over a month. When the work was finished, they had buried the cleanouts and left the tunnel hole open. They did come out and fix the cleanout issue, but the tunnel wasn’t properly backfilled. Over time, it continued to settle and caused additional issues which I had to address myself. The issue that prompted me to leave this review is that they left all of the jobsite garbage under the house. We didn’t realize how bad they left things until my tenant started complaining about a strong smell coming from under the house. I hired a plumber to inspect the issue and found that the garbage they left collected water and was causing the odor. I emailed the report to Same Day Plumbing, but they never responded. I managed to get Jacob on the phone once where he told me he would look into it, but he never did and then stopped responding to further texts and emails. I had to hire another plumbing company to come and clean up after them. I will not be hiring this company again.”
