“I was assigned this company from my home warranty on 4/27. Here we are 6/30 and my issues are still not resolved. I reviewed my phone records and I've placed 15 calls over this time period asking for updates, follow up appointments etc., and they go unanswered. I finally got a return call last week and scheduled an appointment for today (6/30) with a window of 8am - 12pm. Its now 12:20pm and no one showed up, no phone call. I tried calling again, guess what no one answered. I'd advise looking elsewhere for your needs”

In January 2024, we redid a guest bathroom, and we converted a single sink into a double vanity. We chose a chrome console sink, so the plumbing is exposed; the drain and water pipes had to be very precisely located. The work was done carefully and thoroughly. The bathroom looks fabulous, and we are very grateful to Elite Plumbing for working on this project with us. They also redid the seal on two of our toilets (they identified and solved a problem that had persisted for years; a problem which other plumbers had missed!). This week we brought them back out to our home to install a new sink faucet. They had to drill holes in our existing one-mount-hole Kohler sink to make room for our new Kohler faucet (which needed three hole mounts and a sprayer mount). They drilled the holes in exactly the right place. As usual, the project was done carefully. The faucet looks fantastic, and I know it was not easy to modify our existing sink. They are professional, on time, and always kind. Hire them!”
