“My plumbing adventure actually started on Wednesday when a piece of my toilet fell off. Like just chunked off I swear it and we thought it was cosmetic at first and reached out to the home warranty company to get a plumber just in case, and then when I flushed my toilet the water just shot straight out of the side and hit the wall, thank god it was only water and toilet cleaner because talk about proverbial shit hitting the fan(wall). Fast forward to today, Friday, and after waiting and waiting, the company from the warranty came out and decided that my enormous, gargantuan, Godzilla sized self at 5’4 and 150lbs apparently was the cause of the break, because I clearly throw insane bathroom parties up in there, and we could pay them out of pocket for a replacement if we wanted too and we didn’t like their insinuations so we found this company and reached out by message on here and heard back very quickly, and they came prepared with a toilet already. Because if we are going to pay out of pocket it’s going to be to people and a company that is respectful. The toilet is actually a far better quality and brand than I had been looking at, so I’m also glad that they don’t use the cheapest so their work will last longer and my Godzilla sized self won’t break it. The whole process was very quick and professional, they cleaned up after themselves and assured me that I absolutely did not break a dang toilet. They also offered a better veterans discount which is very commendable. I know times are hard for everyone right now and understandably supplies are costing more, so any discount is absolutely appreciated and makes me support them more. They texted us when they were on their way and they have a little tracker that allows you to watch their car drive to you; bringing us back to the early oughts when Pizza Hut still had their tracker and we’d sit there excitedly waiting. Same deal, we watched the little car very excitedly awaiting our plumbing saviors. We were both very impressed and happy with this company and its employees. The prices are reasonable, and honestly would use them again for future needs even outside of our warranty. Also, they did say that in the future, we can totally buy our own toilet and have it delivered and they can install it, however, I was not waiting possibly another week for a new toilet, luckily we have another bathroom, but it’s about the inconvenience and my absolute laziness. Anyways, look at my new toilet! It’s so pretty and new and the lid doesn’t slam! 😍”
