W&B, Inc., All Service Heating Air And Plumbing

W&B, Inc. runs All Service Heating Air And Plumbing as a straight-up crew of plumbers in Athens, TX. They handle local home service areas with plumbing work along with heating and air conditioning to cover what homeowners face in the area. The Texas weather brings its share of pipe issues and fixture problems, and this outfit stays set up for those calls without any runaround. Notes show they keep financing options open and handle the full range of jobs that come up in East Texas homes. Owners stay ready for the mix of drain work, water heater swaps, and slab leak fixes that hit during the hot months when systems get pushed hard.

They show up for AC checks that turn into full fixes, like the time a tech reached a house in fifteen minutes and had the unit running again inside ten. Owners Jody and Wade along with assistant Neff handled a next-day call during peak heat, while Jimmy kept both owner and tenant in the loop on a Saturday night rental property repair and followed up the next morning with details on what got fixed. Jobs stay on time and thorough, with clear enough pricing that leaves customers feeling the cost made sense for the work done. The crew covers emergency plumbing, sewer line repairs, and gas leak fixes the same way they tackle furnace and filter changes.

Customers keep pointing to fast response times even on off hours, solid repairs that hold up, and open talks about what needs doing and how much it runs. The score reflects that mix of quick arrivals, careful fixes, and fair costs across the jobs they take. DIRT Score 3.12 from 14 reviews on Finds.

“Air Services is a great business We called them to check out our AC which wasn't working and they sent out a tech within 15 minutes. They got the AC running in less than 10 minutes after arriving. We are super happy with this business and are pleased to recommend them!”

“Wow, it's all I can say!! I had originally talked to the owner, Jody & he was super nice to me and let me know when they could come out ~ next day!! This TX heat is unrelenting & to get service the next day YES PLEASE! The other owner, Wade & his assistant Neff, came & fixed us up quickly. They didn't try to upsell ~ just fixed the problem! I will definitely be using them again. The prices are reasonable & I love using people that live in our good ol' Atown! 5 stars out of five!!”

“Air Services came through for me at one of my rental properties. The AC quit on a Saturday night I gave them a call and they were there in a reasonable amount of time. Jimmy communicated well with me as well as the tenant. Jimmy followed up the next morning to let me know what repairs he made. The bill came in the mail today and I was scared to open it as it was a service call on Saturday night at 10pm. I was extremely satisfied with the price and service provided by air services we will be using them in the future on both investment and personal properties. Thank you! Hunter”

“Outstanding service call. Quick response. Completed diagnostic check. These people aren't part changers. Great job. This should be the business everyone calls for a/c service.”
