What Customers Say
“I called around 10:30am they were at my house by 11!!! Trevor and Jonathon were were super honest and they did an excellent job. They moved my gas line so I could put my new range in. Thank you so very much for helping us out and doing a professional job:)”
“Trever was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job from start to finish. He quickly found the leak in our kitchen waste line, explained everything clearly, and immediately took action to prevent further damage. He carefully cut out all of the wet drywall, cleaned up the affected area, and completed the repair on the kitchen drain line efficiently and professionally. His attention to detail and workmanship gave us confidence that the issue was fixed correctly. I highly recommend David’s Plumbing”
“Trevor came out today to take a look at our plumbing issues. Discovered we had more issues than expected. He was great and really put in the effort to figure out what was going on. He gave us a detailed quote with pictures and we are deciding on the next steps. Very happy with the service so far.”
“The drain line in my foundation crawl space under my kitchen sink had broken and was flooding the area. I chose to call David’s Plumbing because of their many 5 star reviews and their motto of “Honest work at a fair price”, but the quote I received did not feel consistent with that motto. The technician quoted $1,462 to replace a 6 foot length of 2” ABS pipe, a 2” ABS wye fitting, and a 2” 1/8 bend fitting—parts that cost under $50 at Home Depot. I approved the work because the flooding could have caused further damage to my home's foundation. The repair work took only one hour. Is it a “fair price” to charge $1,462 for a one-hour job when the parts only cost $50? Trever the technician was friendly and professional, and I confirmed the new pipes and fittings no longer leaked after the work was completed, but I simply cannot afford pricing at such a high level for my future plumbing needs. In response to the owner’s reply: I understand that overhead and licensing contribute to pricing, but those general factors don’t explain the specifics of this job. There was no diagnostic work required (I had already located and recorded the leak on video), no specialty tools used, and the repair involved about $50 in standard ABS parts. The shop is less than an hour round‑trip from my home, and the repair itself took one hour to complete. Even if I generously add an extra hour of labor to account for travel time, the effective labor rate still comes out to roughly $706 per hour ($706 + $706 + $50 = $1,462). The owner wrote: “We appreciate you choosing David’s Plumbing and are glad the repair solved the problem.” The issue being resolved does not change my concerns about the pricing and service. This was a straightforward repair that any licensed plumber should be able to perform; the real question is whether the cost was reasonable for the work involved. Given the simplicity of the repair and the time required, the pricing still does not feel consistent with the motto “Honest work at a fair price.” My intention is simply to share my experience so other homeowners can make an informed decision.”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service — Went Above and Beyond! We had a serious sewage emergency at our home — every time we flushed a toilet, ran the shower, or used any water, raw sewage would bubble up from the cap in front of the house. It was as bad as it sounds. What made this situation even more challenging was that it wasn't a simple fix. Snaking the pipe didn't solve it, and even a high-pressure 9,000 PSI hydro-jet couldn't clear it. After investigation, the team discovered the root cause: when the house was originally built, a cap fitting had been dropped into the pipe and never retrieved. Over time, it had caused a near-complete blockage — something that would have stumped a less experienced crew. Bobbie and Kyle were absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process. They were completely transparent from the start, walking us through what they might encounter and what the possible outcomes could be before they ever picked up a tool. When the job turned out to be far more involved than originally anticipated, they still honored their original quote — no surprises, no nickel-and-diming. That kind of integrity is rare. These two worked tirelessly until the problem was fully resolved, and our home is back to normal. If you want a plumbing company that is honest, skilled, and stands behind their word, look no further than David's Plumbing. Bobbie and Kyle have earned a customer for life.”
