“My air conditioner split unit started leaking and making a terrible noise. I reached out online to Abacus on Memorial Day. I received a call back in less than an hour. I explained my problem and was told that they would see if there was a repair person available. I was told about there being an extra charge for holidays, I agreed and waited on a call back. I received a call back with the news that a repair person agreed to come. The tech was Freddy. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly solved the problem and was able to give me tips on preventing this problem in the future. He was very respectful and had a kind demeanor. I am very appreciative to Abacus and Freddy for such quick response. I have had two service needs that Abacus was able to fulfill. I am very pleased with Abacus and their representatives for providing such excellent service to me in Elgin, Texas. I will continue to keep their phone number handy.”

With Air Condition, they come twice a year to make sure all is OK. All the technicians have been very good. They’re professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. They provide a detailed report with suggestions / recommendations. We do not always take the recommendations, depending on cost and the particular issue, but we appreciate having all the information laid out before us. They seem very evidence driven. I love that. If they have a recommendation, they provide a reason — a meter reading of some sort, a picture of what they’re seeing etc. I trust them and that’s saying a lot in terms of home service repair companies, in my view.”
