“I had my foundation lifted and it did not pass the leak detection required for a warranty. I contacted 3 companies for isolation testing and repair quotes. Accurate Leak & Line was the 3rd company and I decided to use them - I had a very positive first encounter and "it just felt right". AL&L specializes in under foundation plumbing repairs which I felt was a huge advantage compared to other companies. From start to finish I was always kept in the loop on next steps, what was involved and what to expect. This company was absolutely wonderful to work with! I watched a lot of what they were doing and asked lots of questions - never once did anyone hesitate to explain! My repairs involved excavating under the house, repair of 2 leaks, post-hydrostatic pressure testing (that failed - a 3rd leak was found and repaired), City of Round Rock inspection and finally backfill under the house. “Wonderful, respectful, professional work. We needed to have the cast iron pipes replaced on our property, which can be costly and a general nightmare. Family and neighbors had recently had to undertake the same project and saw surprise costs continually bump up their invoices. “I previously used this company for an exterior leak issue, and that experience was actually very positive. They were able to identify and resolve the problem successfully, which is why I trusted them again for this new issue. Unfortunately, this recent experience was very disappointing and concerning. I was told that my home failed a hydrostatic test and isolation test and was advised that major under-slab repair/tunneling (20 feet long) work was needed. The report was very simple without enough details. However, given the high cost for the repair, I later hired another licensed plumbing company for a second opinion. They performed both a full camera inspection and another hydrostatic test, with me personally present and observing the entire process from start to finish. The second company found no visible pipe damage on camera inspection, and the hydrostatic test passed without any meaningful water level drop. Based on those results, there was no evidence of an active drain leak requiring repair. Given the scale, cost, and invasive nature of the repair that was recommended to me, I expected a much higher level of certainty, documentation, and professionalism before being told ”

“Accurate Leak and Line did a fantastic job in replacing the cast iron sewer lines under our house (which required tunneling, then replacing the dirt under the house) and replacing the rest of the sewer line all the way to the street sewer (which required trenching and city permits). They were extremely professional in every way. The job started on time (scheduled only 2 weeks out) and finished early (about 13 instead of 15 business days as estimated). We had the use of our water and drains almost the entire time, with it only being down for a few hours twice, and never overnight. They really worked hard to put all of the landscaping back the way it was. They worked around the tree roots. Plumbers Sean, Hayden, and Gabe were terrific and very personable. They came in at about half price from our highest bid, and they were worth every penny. I am recommending them to all of our neighbors, who probably need the same thing done at their houses.”

“Patrick came out for a free estimate on the belly in our sewer line that our inspector reported when we bought our house. He was very kind and professional, and while he gave us an estimate that was several thousand dollars less than the one we got from a different plumber, he didn’t pressure us at all to go ahead and commit to a service appointment. He advised that since we weren’t experiencing any issues actively that it wasn’t urgent, and explained what they would do with a new pipe to resolve the belly issue, should it become a problem. He even gave us a new cap that would pop up if there was a backup, so that we could catch it and get the pipe replaced before a backup goes into the pipes under the house. I really really appreciated that. If/when we’re noticing a backup (or possibly sooner just so we can add a paved path in that spot) we will definitely be calling Accurate”

I did not feel like they were trying to swindle us or be dishonest. From the moment we had them come out to our home to inspect the job on a Monday, to the time they left with the job completed on Wednesday afternoon- they were everything you would want in a good plumber. They got (what I would consider) a massive job completed in less than a day. I would 100% call them in the future for any plumbing issues I have. I would give them 10/10 stars no doubt. “Bad experience with Accurate Leak and Line; they came out for an estimate, I booked service, and within 2 minutes of being there the installation crew said our gas pipes couldn’t remotely support the water heater installation, and that it’d require another $6k and 5 days of invasive work. I don’t know why the estimator didn’t take notice of that. I requested a refund and had to wait 5 days to have a check mailed.”

“I would recommend this company any day over any other plumbing and tunneling company. Prior to going with them I had reached out to several plumbing companies. All of them were not only more expensive, they were not fully transparent. Accurate leak looked at their diagnostics quoted me based on what they thought was correct price and proceeded. They did good work. they did dig a 40 feet tunnel under my home, their estimates were reasonable. Infarct we discovered some issues under a branch line which was not in original scope of work during pressure test. Pat, their plumber who is very good came out did his diagnosis gave me a price and did all the work to fix the branch line. I would recommend them any day over any other company out there.”

“My expectation was that Accurate Leak and Line would perform all required services as a one-stop shop i.e., tunneling and plumbing. In addition to tunneling and pipe repair, my drainage system also required hydro-jetting, and Accurate Leak and Line doesn't perform hydro-jetting, so I had to schedule another plumber separately. Regarding service performance, all plumbers and tunnellers were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. A recommendation is that Accurate Leak and Line provide their plumbers with tarps to cover and protect flooring when working inside. I had tarps for their use, but Accurate Leak and Line should provide those to protect customer flooring.”

We had a camera inspection done by another company that recommended quite an expensive and extensive fix, but Patrick recommended an isolation test to make sure we were getting to the root cause of the issue. Sure enough, the fix while still expensive wasn't quite as extensive as originally thought which was great. Really appreciate Patrick's candor and expertise. All the crew that wre onsite for the various stages were great too. There was a minor persistent complication that arose as well, but Patrick never gave a bad attitude about it and made sure it was fully addressed.”

“Accurate excavated & replaced our cast-iron sewer line with PVC after tree root incursion. This was a major, unplanned repair for us, and I'm glad we found Accurate. The quote we got from another company was over twice as expensive as the quote from Accurate, and included added fees per foot if they hit rock during the excavation. Clayton from Accurate came out to do a free inspection for us. He quoted us about 40% of the other company with no added fees if rock was hit (he told us we were almost certainly on rock based on where we are in town). We felt much more comfortable that we were getting information we could trust and a reasonable quote from Accurate than the other guys. The repair process was seamless, and Accurate was communicative throughout. They showed up when they said they would, and our project was completed within two weeks.”

“We unfortunately had our third leak in the slab at our house this month, and we had Accurate Leak and Line come diagnose and repair for us. They gave us the option of repairing this single location or running new plumbing throughout the house as this was our third time with a leak of this type. We opted to run entirely new plumbing throughout the house rather than continuing to chase slab leaks over the next few years. A plumbing team was sent to our house and was able to make a plan to run new lines through the walls and attic. This turned out to be a bit more of a challenge than expected due to the older layout of our 80s home. Team Bravo did the majority of the plumbing work, and were very conscientious and cleaned up after themselves daily. By necessity we have many holes in our dry wall but they preserved the drywall cut outs, made them neatly, and did their best to make a minimal amount of drywall repair for us to deal with. The work done on the exterior of our limestone masonry was done neatly as well. Team Bravo made sure we were happy with the way the lines were run, and kept us updated when the timeline for the re-plumb had to be extended. I do feel more resource”
