“Underground waterline leak was found in my front yard and I called more than 10 plumber companies in the morning and nobody was available until I found Austin Plumber. Joe came on time, friendly, experienced and skillful. He was able to locate the leak spot very quickly by his 30 years experience, which I thought might be time consuming and painful and already prepared for the worst case scenario - dig all the way along the waterline until we find the leak spot. Luckily, he found it easily just by several shoveling. Joe clearly explained the root cause to me, replaced the pipe joint and even provided a lot more suggestions for the future maintenance. The last but not least, the price they charge was pretty fair and reasonable compared other big plumbing company that could rip you off. “These folks are great and I would recommend them to anyone. I'd originally reached out for help with an old water heater & the inspection/estimate service was great. At the time they didn't do tankless so I couldn't work with them but the plumber was so friendly & helpful. Years later when I needed maintenance on the tankless they were able to help out with maintenance. They were easy to schedule, very communicative, on time, did the work & threw in some extra fixes at no additional charge. I will definitely call them next time I need a plumber.”

I’ve never felt pressure to make a repair that didn’t make sense. When one of their team comes to our house, I feel they go above and beyond to make sure our plumbing issues are solved without spending more money than necessary. They explain what they are doing and I don’t feel like they are trying to upsell me. We first used them when we had a water heater problem. Our old water heater wasn’t heating fully, but was not completely out. I talked to multiple plumbers who did not want to troubleshoot, but only wanted to replace the water heater because of its age.  When Austin Plumbery came out, they agreed there was a chance the water heater could be fixed and said they would try that first. Unfortunately, the fix didn’t work but I appreciated that they tried.
