“Brock came out and gave me a no fuss estimate on the work I needed. He wasn’t pushy, and understood a limited budget! Copper to PEX conversion in my shower took under an hour, reasonably priced. Took care of it on the spot.”

“The call in process with AI wasn’t the best since I had a leak/ immediate need a live person is best. I ended up with a schedule for two days later, but on a slightly later call I was connected with a live person who got me scheduled for the day/ morning I called. Brock was able to schedule in the morning and arrive earlier than expected. Brock was very professional he inquired about the issue ran test and then collected information to inform what financial options were available and what repairs were needed and could be added to assist the long term needs. They were able to schedule Angel immediately. Angel was incredibly professional and kind. He acknowledged the fact that he would alter my yard and was kind and asked what worked best for me. He hauled off extra foliage from a rose bush. He answered all my questions gave feed back and informed when he discovered a recalled plumbing system was used. He explained and walked me through processes and re explained if I asked. He checked in throughout the process and once completed verified I had no additional questions. “Hunter was fast, efficient, kind, and provided overall great service. The Toto toilet I had bought 7 years ago started to leak. The gaskets in my 2 piece Aquia 2 were nearly liquid. “I was in a pinch, a bad and time sensitive situation, and you guys came to rescue. First off I’d like to personally mention Landon McGill and Brendan Searcy. They were the technicians that came to the rescue and took the complicated situation of assuming a job site a previous company could not finish, and correct the repair and get the work approved by the city within a few days. I will admit I didn’t do much research, but when I went to google and typed in the search, Beyond WOW was number #1 and had over 2,000 reviews to back up the business.
