He took the time to explain the issues we were facing, including the high water pressure in our home, and clearly walked us through the available options without any pressure. He replaced our water heater and shower cartridge and was courteous, punctual, and respectful of our home. What I appreciated most was his honesty and attention to detail. After the installation, he noticed that while hot water was reaching the top floor, it was not reaching the bottom floor as expected. Rather than overlooking the issue, he documented it accurately, communicated it clearly, and proactively scheduled a follow-up appointment to investigate further. “The worst, no communication after they serviced and A/C flooded downstairs causing damage to walls and ceilings. I’ve been calling the company for days and can’t talk to anyone or get any solutions. I have to vacuum up leaking water twice a day and have been for over a week. They have the parts I pay my bills ONTIME and can’t get and service or a call back. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Try to fix it yourself you will be better off.”
