“James came out within 30 minutes of start of the window they gave us! He was super polite and efficient. Thankfully it was a fairly simple clog and a super fair price. At the same time we had our dishwasher stop working we thought due to a clog also, and he came back out confirmed it wasn’t a clog but the old machine, with no charge! And the person who answers the phone is amazing about getting back to you even outside hours. And they were lovely to schedule with and super helpful. Great company all round!”
