“I have been using Goettl A/C and heating now for a few years now, and have been very please with their professionalism. They truly care about the customer and that's rare these days. My water softener went out and needed to be replaced, and Brent the plumber came out and helped me choose the correct softener for my home needs. There are several factors to consider in this kind of decision, but Brent made it very clear. Then Elias and Austin showed up a few days later to install the new softener. Wow!! What a great job they did. Benjamin their manager also assisted me in in helping me finance my unit at 0% APR!! This was awesome and much appreciated! “Brent did a great job helping me out with some issues I was having at my house. I originally called him to service my water softener system as it was malfunctioning and I didn’t have soft water. He was able to diagnose the problem straight away. As it turns out my pressure reducing valve at the street was the culprit. After attempting to locate it we found out that the home builder never properly protected it when it was installed as they just buried it without a valve box. Brent had to dig up a good part of the ground around my meter box just to find it. When he tried shutting off the water using the homeowner shutoff valve the handle snapped right off as it had been buried with the PRV and had rusted through. I looked at the original builders install and it was a mess. A bunch of random 90 degree bends in the pipes for no reason. Brent ended up having to replace the irrigation shutoff valve as well. After all this the water pressure in my house (which was reading at 30 PSI, way too low and had been a problem my wife and I were dreading calling someone out to diagnose and fix) increased by 30 PSI. Not only did the water softener start working properly, but we were finally able to ”

“I would strongly advise staying away from this company. I had a mold concern, so Stephen came out and ran a camera into my plenum. We did see what appeared to be mold, but I was then quoted 19k to replace my entire duct system, which is absolutely absurd. He then got me on the phone with his sales guy to discuss a “cool new deal” they allegedly were not aware of until that moment and then pressured me into getting pre-approved for a loan so that I could get a completely redesigned system along with an additional 3k air purifier I never asked for. He also said that other companies would not do as good a job and that it was worth the cost. I got a second opinion from another company who said my system was actually designed very well. We looked into the ducts and they turned out to be completely spotless; it was only the plenum that had a bit of growth and needed replacing. Do not go with Goettl!”
