“Paid for new water heater, cost was very high. 4 years later it's dead, costs, as much to repair as paid to install Exhaust venting never hooked up, never fixed, rafters, all charred and new plumber is telling me I'm lucky I didn't have a major house fire. So According to new plumber, Mojica plumbing installed it so poorly, the house could have burned down, or had carbon monoxide issues. I can't recommend that. Contacted Mojica, now they are saying it's my fault for not draining the tank yearly, that the chimney was not connected, at all ever. Then they Blamed it on a roofer, but I have not had a roof done in the 4 years since then Update: Was going to meet them to look at it, but after the clear, aggressive effort to shift the blame in that phone call, I just had Home Depot put in a new one. It seemed pretty clear to me from the phone call that the meeting was going to be a waste of time. The heater could have burned down my duplex, and from the phone call, they didn't seem to want to take any responsibility. The whole call was about trying to find an excuse for why it was not their fault, instead of "that seems messed up, let us send someone over right now to take a look".”
