“This was the first time we used Mr. Rooter, as we had some broken internal components within on of our 2 toilets in our house. We were going to replace the broken elements and Mr. Rooter sent Juan Vargas to do the job. Juan was a total professional and accessed the issue and was ready to replace the components. Upon further discussion with Juan we determined that actually replacing our very old toilets with new high efficiency units might be considered. Juan was extremely patient, NEVER tried to hard sell the situation and showed us many comparisons of what savings we would see with new & more efficient toilet models. My wife and I saw Juan as a true “customer” advocate. We did the math and determined the new toilets would pretty much pay for themselves within a year or so, due to the efficiency of the “less water” used in the new tanks. Again, I must emphasize that Juan never tried to talk us into anything. He was knowledgeable of the subject, listened to our concerns about spending more than originally planned but the “math” of savings was clearly evident, so we went forward with replacement instead of repair. I can not stress enough how Juan and his crew came in, installed, test”

“We had stopped up toliets that was fixed and than it ended up having the pipes under neath had to be replaced. Doug and helper did a tremendous job. We struggled with our hot water, and after multiple unhelpful visits, Mr. Rooter sent Jeremiah. He methodically diagnosed and solved the problem, much like an expert on a TV show. Toilet flush was repaired quickly this time. I don't know how reasonable the price was because I'm just a temporary tenant. “We had a broken sewage line at our house that made the toilets and shower unusable, and Jeremiah and Doug went far above what we expected. They correctly diagnosed a broken pipe joint about two feet underground near the foundation, something the first plumber sent out from another company hadn't been able to figure out or locate. During the dig, they ran into several not-fun surprises that whoever installed the plumbing left (pipe fragments filled with concrete! Duct taped joints!) that really extended the difficulty and time of the job beyond what any of us expected. Nevertheless, they spent the entire day and into the night digging in the heat to excavate and repair the line so we could get our house back in working order, all with a great attitude. Throughout the job they were professional, lovely to talk to, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Genuinely grateful for their extremely hard work and would recommend them to anyone dealing with an emergency (or other) plumbing issue.”
