“Oliver and Kailum came to help us this week and they completed the job quick and effectively. They are incredibly easy to work with and knew exactly what they were doing. “We used these guys a few years ago and it was great. However, recently we had a mystery leak and the experience was miserable. They didn’t detect the leak the first time around, which I can understand. Had them come back, they found the leak. Repaired it and changed the plumbing on a sink that supposedly wasn’t plumbed right, but wasn’t causing any issues. We had water remediation come and dry everything out. The leak they repaired continued to leak. It took several days for them to send someone to fix it again. They didn’t show up to one appointment because they couldn’t get ahold of me - but I didn’t receive any calls or texts to confirm, so I don’t know what that was about. A few days later the sink they “fixed” (that we never had issues with before) started pouring water. Gallons all over the bathroom….and back out the ceiling below, that we just paid to have dried out. They sent someone else to come fix the sink again. We had to pay again to have everything dried out to prevent mold. I asked about compensation for the second dry out, since it was entirely caused by something they did. I was told the owner would call me. I never received a call, despite trying to follow up ”

For starters, their pricing was far, far better than anyone else for basic cleaning and diagnostic work. Jay, the plumber who came out to service my house, was incredible. He did a fantastic job assessing both my sewage system as well as my hot water heater. I recently had another, larger, plumbing company out to my house and they were unable to clear my system and very quickly opted to write up a quote to fix my system for tens of thousands of dollars. “On their fist visit the individual fixed what was needed, but recommended some work that had a steep price. A future call out to our house showed that this work wasn't needed at all. Admittedly I was a little turned off after the first visit. I have to say that since the first visit Plumb Masters has been great to deal with. Each time we've called, they've been able to come out to our house on the same day. This wasn't the case with other companies. On their most recent visit, Oliver and Kailum were very nice, informative, let me know of all costs in advance and gave me advice for future issues. “I had a copper pipe literally spraying water inside of a wall. It made a huge puddle! I cut away the dry wall and mitigated the mess with a constant supply of dry towels. Cody and Brian got the job, they called ahead, were on time and respectful of my home. After they inspected, they showed me the price up front and explained the work to me. They worked fast and completely fixed the leaking pipe in my wall. I could tell they worked well together and were experienced. The work is also backed for 18 months. “Really quick service. Our toilet had backed up at the community center I work at. We had a party later in the day so it was super important that we got someone here quickly.
