“I could not possibly give Priscilla’s Plumbing a more stellar recommendation for all the excellent service & work done at our home. 10 stars would be more accurate. She responded to a disaster flood call after three rings on the phone on a Saturday afternoon. Her crew was here in less than An hour. Over the next several weeks her Utterly professional crew conducted the Overwhelming task of replacing all of our Cast iron piping underneath the concrete foundation of our home. We were updated daily if not more often. Her team was always engaging & warm & professional in their demeanor & explained the daily achievements & goals. Priscilla responded to every phone call or text in minutes if not immediately. This was a long process through which Priscilla & her excellent team kept us current on All repairs. She handled all of the communications with our insurance company & the local city inspectors. All repairs were completed in a timely manner with virtually no interference in our Daily lives. That’s the most important distinction that I can make about Priscilla’s Company. Excellence is consistent. While our job was a major task, however, Priscilla & her team will respond in rapid fire time for lesser concerns as well. Remember this when you have any plumbing concerns. “Priscilla's Plumbling was an absolute nightmare. While I will give her credit for finding the problem, the issues (and there were many) occurred during the repairs. After many clogs, we hired Priscilla's Plumbling to scope the underground pipes and they diagnosed the problem to be a belly in the PVC pipes under our house. Her solution was to tunnel under the house to replace the sewer pipes. We agreed to the job with a specified price per foot and the number of feet of digging stated. This is when the problems started. We got an initial payment bill that was 50% higher than we we agreed to pay. After that Priscilla Fletcher, the owner of the company, insisted that she needed to do an additional dig site on the other side of our house or the problems would likely return. Because we were exhausted and full of anxiety at this point, we agreed to the additional dig. This nearly doubled our cost. BTW, homeowner's insurance does not cover plumbing even though Priscilla swore that she knew her way around insurance and would help us get coverage. Throughout the dig the nightmare just got worse. After they dug through our cable line, we found out that they never got a dig ticket which is illegal. Additionally, they significantly damaged our sprinkler system and destroyed our lawn, and left the site unsecured each day (not even yellow caution tape). If that wasn't enough, the site supervisor left his dig team in the hole under the house while he went to get lunch. Whatever they were doing under the house with equipment that was causing vibration resulted in a pipe bursting between the kitchen and garage causing an interior flood. The next 3+ weeks we endured no running water in the kitchen, washer and dryer disconnected, and total upheaval in the house as drywall and baseboards were replaced. Priscilla failed to take responsibility and instead tried to blame us for the flood. She tried to say that a rat must have gotten into the wall and gnawed the pipe. A picture of the non-gnawed pipe is attached to this review. Total out of pocket ended up being over $50,000 for a job that lasted nearly 3 months. Also, she failed two of the inspections. She tried to blame us for that as well stating there was no way that inspector went into the underground tunnel even though nobody from her company showed up for the inspections. If you have any further doubts, check her "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau. You will see that she has many good reviews on Google....rest assured that many of them were written by employees of her company. We have emails from Priscilla's company, signed by people who wrote some of the reviews”
