I spoke with Chris, and although they were swamped that week made sure to have someone out to my house within 2 days. Junior and Justin came over, inspected the sewage pipe the sewer camera, and proceeded to explain, patiently, what the situation was. Chris then called me with the most effective and reasonable quote. Junior and Justin came over and took care of the problem in less than 3 hours (digging, plumbing).
