“I would highly recommend these guys! They were there every step of the way on the process of a major water leak. Prompt arrival, excellent communication and even checked on my cat and fed him while we were away. All the guys were great but have to mention Logan & Joseph, their customer service I would give 10 stars if I could!!! Thank y’all”

“Easily the best plumbing service I have ever used. I will certainly recommend RR to anyone who asks. I pulled a toilet to replace a wax ring only to find absolutely no flange had been installed. As a DIY guy I did my research and found out I’d need a brass flange soldered to the lead pipe. This was out of my wheelhouse so I called RR and no joke they had not one, but TWO, highly skilled technicians to my condo in N Austin within ONE HOUR! This blew me away, I was anticipating days to weeks! Jesus and Jose fitted a brass flange in no time and they were accommodating to me wanting to watch the whole process. I have small kids at home and they thoughtfully closed the door when using the blowtorch to ensure the air quality in our unit was safe for the little ones. I was so pumped that they came and they did excellent work and taught me a few tips along the way! Thank you, RR! Especially Jesus and Jose!!!!! (Oh and the woman who answered the phone provided excellent customer service… I was speaking to a knowledgeable, empathetic human within 20 seconds of calling).”
