“I do semi-annual service on my HVAC unit, and the quality of those services is generally "good" (average). Yesterday I had a Tech named Bryan Weathers, with Service Wizard, and the service was "outstanding"--complete with photos of work performed both on the outside condenser unit and the inside (attic) HVAC unit. Based on the quality of this service, I'll glad continue with the company, and I can now recommend them highly.”

“I hired Service Wizard for a complete HVAC system installation, and unfortunately I've experienced several issues since the installation. I'm currently working through another issue involving the new system not cooling the home to the desired temperature. I was initially inclined to leave a lower rating because of these problems. However, the professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge of the service technicians have made a significant difference in my experience. Isaiah and Jaden came out to handle my AC tune-up last Monday, August 10th, and they did an absolutely amazing job. From the moment they arrived, both of them were incredibly courteous, polite, and helpful. They were remarkably thorough with their inspection and maintenance. They checked the entire HVAC system, inspected the insulation across both floors of the house, and meticulously verified the airflow and temperature in every single vent on both floors. On top of that, they checked the whole outdoor AC unit and did a fantastic job with the cleanup of the AC unit coils. What stood out the most was their excellent communication and efficiency. “I had originally scheduled Service Wizard for a Wednesday afternoon, however they had to postpone to the following morning as the technician encountered unforeseen issues with the client which they were visiting before me. They were very apologetic but very pleased with my understanding. Having done a number of DIY home projects myself, I'm well aware that unforeseen issues are part of the process with working on a house. You can't really know timing until you thoroughly investigate the issue. The next morning, my assigned technician, Javier, arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Javier was pleasant in demeanor, and meticulous in his testing and tune up of both my air conditioning unit on my house as well as the mini-split on my separate shop space. He took copious photos before, during, and after in the tune up of both internal and external components of the AC and mini-split. Comfort Advisor Devan was very thorough in his inspection, assessment and explaination confirming the same problem (restricted air intake and duct work/ plenum improvement needed) but provided a more comprehensive solution vs. major names in Austin, and at a nearly 25% lower cost. Great guy to work with…diagnosed problem quickly…I thought the Capacitor died and it ended up the Contactor had shorted…No Power to kick on outside unit…Daniel cleaned up the Contactor and we are good to go…Thank you. Btw, I have worked with Daniel in the past and he is very honest. Does not try to sell you a new unit…yes, that is common in this industry especially in the summer Months with temps near 100°. “Absolutely service with a smile! It was a rainy day and Adam and Scott were there at my car door with an umbrella so I wouldn't get wet. Then they were very thorough about getting the right unit for us. They needed to check the attic but my door to the garage was stuck so they "fixed" it! (It still needs to be replaced but it's functional now thanks to them!). They were both very patient and had reasonable pricing. Scott was kind enough to point out that my dog left me a present (he doesn't like to poop in the rain) and even offered to clean it up. (Don't worry I cleaned it myself.)
