“I discovered a leak behind my washer wall at 9:00AM. I got ahold of Reliant about 9:15 and they were out to the house by 10:45. The plumber that came out was Sam. He also had an apprentice with him. Sam was doing a good job teaching him and he seemed like he was helpful to Sam. I would say that Sam did a great job. He was able to cut into the wall and redirect the leaking pipe so it leaked in the garage instead of wall; he had to go get the parts to complete the job. I had already turned off the water at the meter but in Universal City there’s only one water shut off and it does not completely shut off the water. Even though I had shut the water off at the meter (which Sam verified I had done correctly) it still was letting a small amount of water in but enough to make the pipe leak. Sam seemed very knowledgeable, down to earth and friendly. I will look him up at Reliant for any future plumbing needs.”

We wanted to switch from electric tank to gas tankless waterheater and get whole house water filter with hot back wash installed.
