RodCon LLC

RodCon LLC works as a family owned plumbing outfit right in Avondale, Texas. They take on the pipe repairs, fixture installs, and water line fixes that come with keeping houses functional in this part of the state. The business started with general contracting roots but narrowed in on plumbing tasks for both fresh construction and older homes that need updates. Local crews understand the soil shifts and water demands that hit properties here, so they show up ready for the jobs that pop up after heavy rains or long dry spells. Homeowners reach out when basic systems stop working right and need someone who shows up with the right tools.

Plumbers in Avondale deal with hot summers that expand metal lines until joints leak, plus occasional winter freezes that crack exposed pipes under sinks or in attics. RodCon LLC handles drain clogs from tree roots common in the area, water heater swaps when units fail during peak use, and full reroutes during remodels where old galvanized lines need pulling out. They work by assessing the problem on site first, then giving straight talk on what parts and labor will cost before starting. Crews move through jobs methodically to avoid cutting corners that lead to callbacks later. This approach fits the steady demand from new subdivisions going up alongside older neighborhoods that still run on original plumbing.

Customers give high marks for how fast the team responds to calls and the solid quality of the fixes that hold up over time. Reviews note fair prices without surprise add-ons and clear updates throughout each job so homeowners know what to expect. That steady performance across speed, workmanship, and communication builds the overall rating. DIRT Score 4.76 from 62 reviews on Finds.

“We had 2 bathrooms remodeled after a leak in the plumbing in the wall (1950s house). Overall, communication and timeliness was great, and the work done to restore the bathrooms was high quality. We also appreciated some helpful suggestions (add exhaust fans) and design advice for the shower door. There were some small details that needed attention, but once we reached out, they were taken care of quickly.”

“RodCon is the best contractor we have ever worked with on our home projects, and we have done a lot of them on many homes. Their work is excellent and Frank is an excellent communicator – something that is a rare find in the home contractor world. We always know what to expect: exactly what work they will do and how, when they will start, when they will be done, and how much it will cost, all well in advance of starting the work. Their prices are very fair and there are no surprises. We also trust Frank with remodel ideas and how to plan for projects that we wanted to do. After several successful projects, now if we want or need something done, we just call Frank and he takes it from there. We totally trust him and his team. We have also worked with Francisco and many others on their team”

“We had RODCON LLC perform all the electrical scope on our brand new casita build. They ran underground power from the main panel to a new sub panel. Trimmed out with high grade recessed lighting and fans. They were responsive and very punctual. We had a few obstacles that if it wasn’t for their Knowledgeable team, we wouldn’t have been able to overcome. There was zero hesitation in lending a hand in other areas they were not contracted for, installing shelves, flooring, cabinetry, and some HVAC! They kept all work within our budget. We wouldn’t have been able to finish our build with out them. Thank you, Frank!”

“Working with Frank at RodCon has set the standard for how a general contracting company should operate here in Arizona. I reached out to Frank through a referral when we were in a terrible spot, another construction company had screwed us over, leaving our ADU project half-finished because they failed to file the correct city permits and lacked the required licenses. We were left stranded with an abandoned project and lost money. I reached out to four different contractors, and Frank was the only one willing to jump in and fix the mess. He didn't hesitate to come out to the job site and assess the project. After meeting him, it was immediately clear how knowledgeable he is in his field. Within three weeks, Frank and his team had the blueprints and permits ready to tackle the job. From th”

“After we purchased our townhome we needed some updating completed throughout. After meeting with various contractors we decided to go with RodCon. Javi and the entire RodCon team exceeded our expectations with this remodel and kept us informed every step of the way. I really appreciate the professionalism and craftsmanship with this project. I was at ease knowing I had the right team. I 100% recommend RodCon. I am looking forward to using them for future projects. RodCon, thank you again for helping us turn our house into a HOME.”

“Javier and his team did a great job. They were very easy to work with and accommodating of anything I wanted to do, and actually tried out this angled cantilevered look for the first time with me at my request. Turned out fabulous!”

“A quick, efficient, and pleasant repair experience working with Frank and his team! They moved and replaced our aged patio roof in just one day's time! Thanks again!”

“RodCon helped me out with an exterior windows/doors install. It was challenging because of several windows/doors defects and delays, but RodCon saw everything through to the end. Very much appreciated!! Would recommend them to anyone. Trustworthy company and fair prices.”

“We’ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years, but none have come close to the level of quality, professionalism, and consistency that this construction team brings. They initially took on our massive 30,000 sq ft cultivation buildout and nailed it — clean, detailed work that was on point from start to finish. From there, they went on to construct six acres of outdoor greenhouses, and they’ve been our go-to crew ever since. Whether it’s maintenance, expansions, or entirely new builds, they always deliver. They even handled the buildout of our restaurant, and more recently, some work at our home. Every job is done with care, precision, and an understanding of what the client really needs. These are good people who are easy to work with, and the kind of team you actually want around”
