What Customers Say
“I have a Rinnai tankless water heater and Love it, but I was not satisfied because I wasn't getting the hot water that I desired from the unit to supply the shower in the back bathroom. I called Rinnai and asked for a referral in my area. They referred me to Green Valley Plumbing. Kevin came out and suggests different possibilities for "shut off valves", "ball valves" and a "spring check value". I asked for a bid, the next day a technician named Adam came out and went over the project from outside the house (water supply and pressure) and found that the pressure was 80psi and with open faucet it dropped down to 50 psi. He also found out the operation of the recirculating unit was not putting out the full circle of piping to the back. Adam made the changes and now I am a happy camper with full pressure to the shower and continuous hot water throughout the house. With Adams research of the unit and the replacement of the recirculation pump, I am a 20 minute shower guy again. Thank You Adam for your hard work. Job well done. . . .Remember, buy local services because it's a drive to get to Tucson. .. .”
“Today I had Tom the plumber come out to replace my hot water tank. He Let the water run on my barrel cactus. The water was running down the hill into the neighbors yard. My hot water tank is hooked up to a water softener, so the water is highly concentrated and toxic to most plants, especially desert cactuses. I asked him three times to not let it run on the cactus and he told me it would not kill it. He dismissed me and I felt he was disrespectful to me. After the third plea to not let that Water run over my cactuses, I tried to move the tank myself. He came at me fast and scared me. I believe he thought I would drop the tank. I had no intention of dropping the tank but to reposition it so it wouldn’t be running on the plants. His coming at me fast to grab the tank in front of me made me afraid. I complained to their office and because of that complaint, He hooked the old hot water tank back up and left. I found his demeanor to be very unprofessional and dismissive. If a man had been there, he would not have treated the man that way. So now I have the old hot water tank put back in my garage and I will have dead Cactuses. I have used this company for three years. To be treated in this manner is very discouraging. Tom did not think he did anything wrong. That statement says a lot to me.”
“Called at the end of the day. We turned our water off due to a leak in the supply line. Turns out, the pressure regulator was bad. A new one was installed along with a new water shut off.The existing shut off was old and needed replacement. The Tech was certainly knowledgeable and experienced. We thank you for your help and your company for making 24 hour service available.”

The guys had to tear up the landscaping and jackhammer to reach the line. What a job! JS and KG were professional, courteous, and excellent workers. I can’t say enough great things about this company! When they left there wasn’t a single rock out of place. We would not hesitate to call them again! Thank you so much Green Valley Plumbing!
