“Our vehicle broke down at our campsite and we had to leave it before 11am the next day. We found Bastrop Mobile Services online with great reviews. We told Scott what AI thought that the water pump broke, and we sent Scott pictures to confirm with what happened. Scott made a special trip on Sunday to make sure our vehicle was fixed before we had to leave. Scott was very personable and easy to talk to. He was extremely knowledgeable about our water pump failure and replaced it and my belts fairly quickly. We never felt like he was in a rush. Scott took the time to ensure that the repair was done right and that there were no additional issues after the repair. His quotes were very straightforward, and his pricing was fair. I would definitely use Scott at Bastrop Mobile Services again.”

“Awful customer service. My wife and I had broken down just outside of Bastrop on a Friday towing our fifth wheel with an F250. It was the water pump. We called Bastrop Mobile Services and he told us at around 11:45ish he would be on the way in thirty minutes. We sent text messages to verify his ETA. So we waited thinking he would arrive soon. We sent additional text messages but he didn't respond. Finally after waiting for an hour and a half we were able to get in touch and he said he ran into a problem but he never called us or sent a text message to say he wasn't coming to us. Terrible communication on his part. He may be a good mechanic but I will never know so I cannot attest to his ability to make a repair. What I can attest to is his lack of communication after telling you that he is on the way and never showing up to the job. Needless to say we will not be recommending his business based on this one incident which is very unfortunate for him. We called Jordan Centers Diesel and he arrived within the hour. Jordan diagnosed the problem, made the repair and had us on the road the next day.”
