Louie immediately answered the phone on Sunday afternoon and arrived just a few hours later. He quickly diagnosed the source of the leaks and offered several possible solutions. To prevent future issues, we decided to have our whole house re-piped with PEX through the attic. The price was significantly lower than competitors, so we feel like we received excellent value. The entire job was completed in two days, less than a week later. We couldn't believe it! Josh and Louie endured high temperatures working in the attic during the March heat wave, dedicated to getting our house back in order as soon as possible. The workmanship was top notch. Louie was a real calming presence during an extremely stressful time for our family. You couldn't meet a nicer or more trustworthy person.
