“I want to recognize Alex from Reliant Plumbing for the time, professionalism, and care he put into inspecting our home. He performed a very thorough evaluation of our natural gas system and clearly explained what was needed to bring everything up to current city code requirements. He carefully walked through the system, identified the relevant issues, and provided thoughtful recommendations so we could address everything properly and move forward with confidence. His inspection helped clarify the situation before the official city inspection, which ultimately allowed us to pass inspection the very next day without delays. Alex also took the time to provide a clear verbal quote for the work that would be required and explained the scope in a straightforward way. He walked us through the pros and cons of paying in full versus financing, and helped us understand how scope could potentially change depending on the city inspection outcome. That transparency made it easier for us to make an informed decision. What truly stood out was his professionalism, patience, and attentiveness throughout the entire visit. “I chose Reliant because they could come faster than the company I normally use. They temporarily fixed the leak but created a second one in the process. I had to make a down payment for the second repair to get them to come back and fix the new leak. When a repairman came back, I was told he “couldn’t find” the new leak and was quoted a much more expensive repair. After I asked him to leave and had my regular plumber come out, they were able to easily identify the leak and repair it (it was in a piece that had been installed by Reliant when they initially came out). I contacted Reliant multiple times over four days to get a refund for the down payment since the second repair was never done. Every time I called I was told a manager would call me to process the refund but nobody ever did. I was not able to get my money refunded until I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I would not recommend or hire Reliant again.”

“We had an emergency plumbing issue come up on a Sunday and Reliant saved us! They sent a plumber out same day. Alex was very knowledgeable and even taught me a ton of stuff I didn’t know. I could not recommend Reliant Plumbing and Alex enough.”

“I had a major plumbing project that needed to be done (trenching under the house to repair a broken sewer line), and I wanted to get multiple bids. I told Reliant Plumbing on the phone that I already knew what the issue was and that I was only looking for an estimate. They responded quickly and were able to send a crew out the next day, which I appreciated. When the crew arrived, I again made it clear that I only wanted a bid and was not planning to commit that day, and they seemed fine with that at first. Everything went smoothly until it was time to go over the estimate. Steven worked to get me a bid that was slightly lower than the competition, which I appreciated, but then became very pushy about getting me to accept it. I repeatedly told him I wasn’t ready to commit and wanted to talk it over with my wife. He suggested I call my wife during the appointment so that we could talk about it on the phone, and when I said 'No' he offered to come back by our house the same day to see if I had made a decision. This went on for far too long, and he tried to make me feel guilty for the time he took in making a lower bid and then not accepting it immediately. Additionally, Steven was not clear that when he was providing financing information, I was being signed up for a Synchrony credit card account. I was very upset when I later received a credit card in the mail with my name on it due to this lack of clear communication.”

“Alex Maty helped us at our December flood issue at our home, we couldn’t have had better plumber to help us, he came immediately to take care of everything that needed to be done that Sunday evening. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and inspected all plumbing connections up and downstairs, he informed us what had to replaced to give us peace of mind. Naturally, we wanted him back for any other plumbing issues. Today we had a clogged up sink at our Master bathroom which my husband cleared by the time Alex arrived, so we had him check out both sink underneath to make sure all was safe. He inspected our washer and dryer hook up and the new dishwasher connection which was installed last week. Thanks to Mat, who found an error which the installer needs to correct.
