“My neighborhood has been plagued by repetitive slab leaks apparently due to the builder’s use of substandard copper water supply lines that develop pinhole leaks. I’d seen the unmistakable yellow Connor Plumbing repair vans on a monthly basis for the last six years since our purchase of our house and now I know why. We woke up to several inches of water in our master bedroom at 3am Sunday morning. After turning off the water at the city meter and shop vac’ing up the water and renting a dehumidifier/heater from Lowe’s, all by 8:30am, I scheduled a callout for Monday morning via the Connor Plumbing website contact form (which doesn’t apparently go to the dispatcher 🤔), I waited until 10:30am on Monday and when I did not hear back, I called the office and the immediately scheduled a plumber to come out by 1pm the same day. Connor Plumbing is super responsive, from my first call to the office to the final resolution of the leak. The plumber that was sent out, Levi P., was timely, professional, and efficient while keeping me informed throughout the diagnostic process and ultimately the repair. I highly recommend Connor Plumbing and while I like their flat rate and reasonable pricing, their customer service and professionalism is what will cause me to use their services in the future!”
