“My first time being acquainted with this company was when my daughter needed her hot water heater replaced and they did a great job in taking care of what she needed done. Then we had them come to our church to search out a plumbing problem that we were having and were able to find and solve that issue. This time when I needed my hot water heater replaced, they came with everything the next morning and within one hour and ten minutes, had the job completely done. “Horrible service! The plumber that came to my house might not have worked for the company. I I called tru-Flo to help me get my pilot light working and it was a waste of time. The guy that came said he was just there to fill in for the regular guy.. he did little to no trouble shooting an then said I needed a new Honeywell pilot light. He then charged me 70 dollars for no effort. A different plumber came out the next day and got my pilot light to work by simply cleaning some connections. I was told I would receive a refund for the visit, but I have yet to receive the money.”
