“We initially called for a suspected underground waste lift issue. The plumber diagnosed the problem and replaced the underground waste lift tank pump, including excavating and restoring the yard. They handled the job professionally and left the area in good shape afterward. After that, we still had a toilet that wouldn’t flush normally and the bowl would drain extremely slowly (10–20 minutes). Once the lift tank was fixed the plumber used a remote camera on the toilet drain and traced the problem to root intrusion in the 3" PVC drain line, cleared the clog, and replaced the entire affected junction—then verified the repair was watertight before wrapping up. Everything has been draining normally since. Price assessment: Great price (total was $1,000+) for the amount of work and the long-term nature of the repairs. Communication was clear throughout. Services performed: Toilet repair, drain cleaning, plumbing pipe repair, sewer cleaning, outdoor plumbing system repair, sewer repair.”
